Moving OE lubricant to the point of dispense without double handling and contamination.

Summary

Harley Davidson ships multi-use lubricant, to its dealers, in a 330 gallon “bag in a box” system. The contents of the “Bag in a Box” can be transferred to the dealer’s bulk storage tank, but Harley frowns on this because of the risk of contamination.

Solution

STI developed a special bridge system that allows connection to the bag fitting on one side, and a camlock connection on the other side, so that dispense can occur directly from the OE container. Any risk of contamination is eliminated.

The STI team helped us cut costs without cutting corners. The air-operated transfer cart works flawlessly—and saved us thousands.
